On Retail | Rebranding
On Retail is an innovative company with 5 years in the market, born with a unique value proposition as a pioneer of the ‘neighborhood mall’ concept in Peru. Over these years, the company has experienced exponential growth, leading it to diversify its service portfolio by creating three new complementary business units alongside the core consultancy service.
The brand also had to evolve, giving way to a corporate brand capable of encompassing the different business units. The rebranding not only impacts the visual aspect of a brand but also the brand strategy. It involved revisiting the personality and values, questioning whether the identity did it justice. The change in color palette, use of typefaces, and details of the isotype all respond to this.
With the core brand resolved, we defined the architecture to bring to life the four existing business units. Additionally, we developed distinctive supporting elements such as the corporate pattern, tailored to each unit, giving them their own personality.
The project concluded with the redesign of the website, addressing everything from structure and content to usability, defining the new website as the centerpiece of the digital ecosystem.
