Gothic 19 | Typography
Mindful of the need to contribute to the fight against the pandemic caused by Covid-19, we decided to use our talent to keep alive the hope we all have of overcoming the situation we are currently facing.
We created a typography inspired by the pandemic, dark like the year we’ve had to live through, but designed to convey messages of motivation, inspiration, and encouragement. If Covid-19 paralyzed the country and the world, the words written in Gotic-19 aim to mobilize us to move forward and not lose hope.
The typography was created entirely by hand and later digitized for use on various platforms. To introduce it to the public, we designed personalized posters with a unique message synthesized in a word inspired by the recipient. Each letter is so well crafted and filled with details that make each poster a cult piece.
